In relation to Tokyo District Court’s ruling (on May 30, 2019) to rescind the administrative order on alleged insider trading, Mr. Yamanaka’s comment on such ruling is placed in the article of Kyodo News and Kyoto Shimbun newspaper etc. Mr. Yamanaka represented the plaintiff in the case.

“Mr. Masato Yamanaka (lawyer), representing the plaintiff “MAM PTE. LTD.”, held a press conference in Tokyo after the judgement, and said “Excellent fund managers’ prediction can hit the mark based on their accurate analysis. It will cause “chilling effect” to fund management industry, if excellent fund managers are suspected by regulators to place trades based on insider information.”
