On July 2, Mr. Yamanaka representing 5 plaintiffs held a press conference at the Judicial Press Club (司法記者クラブ) in the building of Tokyo District Court and explained filing a lawsuit against Digital Data Solution Inc. Causes of action are (1)misrepresentation of data recovery ratio, (2)concealment(non-disclosure) of disadvantageous facts, (3) breach of explanation duty. Date of filing is June 6, 2024, and scheduled first oral argument date is July 18, 2024.
