From November 1, 2023, Ms. Kyoko Nagano (admitted in Japan in April 2000) joins our firm as a partner.　She brings extensive expertise in financial regulation, foreign fund matters, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Yamanaka's articles titled “ Concept of 'Specified Trade Order' under abolished Commodity Exchange Law cannot be criteria for legality in civil lawsuits” have been published on Kinyu Homu Jijyo, No. 2010 (issued on May 25, 2023).

We have decided to move our offices from Kasumigaseki Building to Akasaka Park Building, and to change our firm name from Koma & Ono Glocal Law Office into Koma Glocal Law Office（which is our firm's original name as our firm was established in 2016.）.

Mr. Yamanaka's comments were published in "Family Trust Practical Guide" (No. 28, published in January 2023).

From April, 2022, Ms. Ami Matsumoto (admitted in April 2022) joins our firm as an associate.

"Working Group on Issues of Land with Unknown Owners" of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, to which Mr. Masato Yamanaka belongs, has published a book on revisions to the Civil Code related to land with unknown owners.

Multi-authored book “The Latest practical manual for Directors”, which Mr. Yamasaki contributed as a member of editorial board, has been published by Shin-Nippon Hoki Publishing Co.,Ltd.

Mr. Yamasaki's revised article about Charity Law in Japan was published on “Charity Global Guide” in Practical Law operated by Thomson Reuters.

Mr. Yusaku Ono has been selected in the field of "Investment and Investment Funds" and Mr. Masato Yamanaka has been selected in the field of "Banking and Finance Law" in The Best Lawyers in Japan 2022.
